If Accompany is unable to match your Contact with information in our database, we may not display their photo or professional summary. This issue often occurs when Contacts are a single name, or only exist with a phone number and are imported from your device.
You can manually add contact photos from the edit screen, found on the Notes tab on a contact's profile. On iOS, tap to Edit the Contact. Then, tap the Contact's photo (or lack thereof), choose "Take Photo," then select "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library." After saving your changes, the photo will be visible.
